White Mastery Systems Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") operates the Health Tracker mobile application ("App", "Service") for Android and iOS. This Privacy Policy describes how We collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use Our App.

By using Health Tracker, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

    Important: Health Tracker is a health and fitness application that accesses and collects health-related data. We are committed to transparency about what data We access, how We use it, and your rights regarding that data.
  

1. Data We Collect and Access

1.1 Health Data (Sensitive Data)

Health Tracker accesses and collects the following health data from your device's health platforms (Google Health Connect on Android, Apple HealthKit on iOS) with your explicit permission:

Health data is read from your device's health platform. We do not write health data to your health platform unless you explicitly use features that allow it. You can revoke health data access at any time through your device settings (Health Connect on Android, Health app on iOS).

1.2 Physical Activity Recognition

On Android, We request Activity Recognition permission to accurately track steps and physical activity. This permission allows the App to detect when you are walking, running, or engaged in other activities. We use this solely to provide step counting and activity tracking features.

1.3 Account and Profile Information

When you create an account or complete onboarding, We may collect:

Email address
Phone number
First name and last name
Profile photo (optional)
Age, gender, weight, height
Daily steps target and zone points target

We use this information to create and manage your account, personalize your experience, and provide health recommendations.

1.4 Nutrition and Diet Data

When you use the nutrition tracking features, We collect:

Food entries: Meal descriptions, portion sizes, nutritional information (calories, protein, carbs, fat, vitamins, minerals, etc.)
Food photos: Images of meals you photograph for AI-powered nutritional analysis
Diet preferences and tracking goals: Nutrient targets, foods to avoid/include, meal plan preferences

Food photos are accessed via your device's camera and photo library with your permission. We use photos to provide AI-powered nutrient estimation and portion analysis.

1.5 Blood Test and Health Condition Data

If you use blood test or health concern features, We may collect:

Blood test reports: Uploaded reports, test dates, parameters (e.g., glucose, cholesterol, hemoglobin), values, and reference ranges
Health problems/conditions: Descriptions and optional images you provide

This data is used to provide personalized health insights, diet recommendations, and medical suggestions. It is stored securely and associated only with your account.

1.6 Usage and Device Data

We automatically collect:

Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
IP address, approximate location (country/region)
App usage patterns (e.g., features used, session duration)
Crash reports and diagnostic data

We use this to improve the App, fix bugs, and understand how users interact with Our Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

Provide the Service: Display health metrics, nutrition tracking, insights, and personalized recommendations
Account management: Create accounts, authenticate users, manage profiles
AI features: Analyze food photos for nutrients, generate diet and exercise suggestions based on your health data
Improvement: Analyze usage to improve features, fix issues, and develop new functionality
Communication: Send account-related notifications, security updates, and (with consent) marketing
Legal compliance: Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal or health data. We may share data only in these circumstances:

Service providers: With vendors who help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) under strict data processing agreements
Payment processors: With Razorpay and in-app purchase providers for subscription/payment processing (they have their own privacy policies)

Data may be processed in India and other jurisdictions where Our service providers operate. Where required by law, We implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Account data: Retained for the duration of your account plus up to 24 months after closure
Health data: Retained as long as your account is active; you may request deletion
Nutrition/food data: Retained for the duration of your account
Support data: Up to 24 months from ticket closure
Usage/logs: Up to 24 months for analytics and security

We may retain data longer where required by law (e.g., tax, legal claims) or in backup systems for a limited period.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Access: Request a copy of your personal data
Correction: Update or correct inaccurate data through account settings or by contacting Us
Deletion: Request deletion of your data; We will comply subject to legal obligations
Revoke permissions: Revoke health, camera, or photo library access via device settings

Health Tracker is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe We have collected such data, please contact Us and We will delete it promptly.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
